Choose the U.S. AQI range that your Pip-Boy should translate into the 0-100% RADS display.

How to get a free openrouteservice API key: Open the HeiGIT account dashboard, create or sign in to your account, create an API token for openrouteservice, give it a name such as Pip-Boy, then copy the generated key and paste it above. The Pip-Boy uses your key directly with the HeiGIT openrouteservice Directions API.
The ORS API key is stored in plaintext in
local.json and exported .pipboy profile packages. Treat the package as a credential. Navigation requests go directly from the Pip-Boy to api.heigit.org; the Pip-Boy server never receives or proxies this key.Search for a location or click anywhere on the map.
Selected Map Point
Clicking the map selects coordinates but does not add anything until you press Add POI to profile. Existing valid POIs are shown as yellow markers.
Place search uses Nominatim. Map data (c) OpenStreetMap contributors.
C.A.M.P. Control
Connect Home Assistant and translate its dashboard entities into native Pip-Boy controls.
How to create a Home Assistant Long-Lived Access Token: In Home Assistant, select your user name at the bottom of the sidebar, open the Security tab, scroll to Long-Lived Access Tokens, and choose Create Token. Give it a name such as Pip-Boy, create it, then copy the complete token immediately and paste it above. Home Assistant only shows the token value once. Saving a token enables the C.A.M.P. tab on the Pip-Boy.
The access token is stored in plaintext in
local.json and exported profile packages. Treat the package as a credential. Dashboard discovery connects directly from this browser to Home Assistant over its authenticated WebSocket API; the Pip-Boy server never proxies that token.Home Assistant Dashboard ImportNOT CONNECTED
Import creates editable Pip-Boy widgets from visible dashboard entities and preserves view, section, labels and
